Brother Terry goes wire to wire

Brother Terry ($7.80) led at every call en route to a one-length victory in the $50,000 Howard B. Noonan Stakes for Ohio-bred 3-year-olds at Beulah Park.

Trained by Donn Rowe and ridden by Edgar Paucar, Brother Terry was making his 2009 debut. Runningforspieght, the 9-5 favorite, was just off the early pace but could not get by late. Mr Shoe Fly Pie was another 5 3/4 lengths back in third.

Brother Terry covered the six furlongs in 1:10.44 over a fast track.
