Breeders' group elects directors

The Consignors and Commercial Breeders Association has elected three new members to its 13-member board of directors.

The new directors are Darrell Brown of Stonereath Farm, Neil Howard of Gainesway, and Martha Jane Mulholland of Mulholland Springs.

Directors who were reelected for the 2008-2009 term were Robbie Lyons of Hartwell Farm, Joe Seitz of Brookdale Farm, Mark Taylor of Taylor Made Farm, and Rob Whiteley of Liberation Farm.

The association has more than 250 members and serves as an industry trade association. Also on the board are Craig Bandoroff of Denali Stud, Kerry Cauthen of Four Star Sales, Mike Cline of Lane's End, John Stuart of Bluegrass Thoroughbred Services, Dermot Ryan of Ashford Stud, and Bayne Welker of Mill Ridge Farm.
