Breeders' Cup offering $10 admission

Breeders' Cup Ltd. and Oak Tree Racing Association will offer $10 general admission tickets for the 2009 Breeders' Cup at Santa Anita on Nov. 6-7.

The pricing will be in place for both Friday and Saturday racing. Last year, general admission tickets were $20.

In addition, Breeders' Cup will offer single- and two-day ticket options this year. Reserved grandstand tickets will range in cost from $40 to $235 for Friday and from $55 to $335 on Saturday. Lower-end reserved ticket prices are significantly lower than last year, when reserved tickets began at $200.

Tickets for reserved seating were to go on sale to the general public on Friday at www.breederscup.com/tickets beginning at 12:01 a.m. Eastern.
