?q=100)
ARCADIA, Calif. -- Unquestionable went from second string to first string for trainer Aidan O’Brien in Friday’s Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf after the morning withdrawal of River Tiber.
The depth of O’Brien’s team was on display when Unquestionable rallied from fifth on the backstretch to beat stablemate Mountain Bear in the one-mile race.
Unquestionable was ridden by Ryan Moore, a replacement for Frankie Dettori. Moore gained the mount after River Tiber’s withdrawal, which was listed as a trainer scratch. Dettori was left without a mount in the race.

Unquestionable, owned by the powerful team of Al Shaqab Racing and the Coolmore partnership, won his first stakes in the Juvenile Fillies Turf. A French-bred colt by Wootton Bassett, Unquestionable has won 2 of 6 starts, racing in Ireland, France, and the United States.
In his final start in Ireland before the Juvenile Turf, Unquestionable was second by a length in the Group 1 Prix Jean-Luc Lagardere at Longchamp Racecourse in Paris on Oct. 1.
