Trainer:
Steve Miyadi
Last race: Nov. 7, 7th
Finish: 1st by 2 3/4
Beyer: 89
Mammoth 3-year-old put it all together. Pressed easy pace two-wide in Cal-bred N1X turf sprint, broke it open in stretch, finished full stride. Big win, follow up the ladder.

CLEVER CLOVER

Last race: Nov. 7, 7th
Finish: 3rd by 3

Cal-bred allowance turf sprinter ran super with a wide trip. Lagged, raced four-wide through turn, finished evenly in a much better-than-looked effort. Handles dirt or turf.

QUANTUM INNERGY
Trainer:
Jeff Mullins
Last race: Nov. 8, 7th
Finish: 5th by 3 1/2
Beyer: 66
Trouble-prone turf horse eliminated on first turn. Checked, forced wide, spent rest of race trying to recover. Quantum Innergy can win a Cal-bred allowance with better trip.
