He stays at the same level for hot trainer Miller and while he moves to turf note a superb 3rd on this course at this trip June 21, so the footing suits. Vulnerable Favorite

MOSCATO GIRL (#5, 7-2) is the ML favorite off a couple 3rd-place finishes to start her career. Even so, it’s not as if she was a big threat in lane in those 2 starts (beaten 4 and 12 lengths, respectively). Then there’s the added wrinkle of footing: those 2 outings came on dirt and synthetic whereas it’s first time on turf for this so she’s as much a question mark on this ground as the others. -Michael Hammersly
