Live LongshotBLUE SHARK (#6, 6-1): Breezed a bullet half-mile at Saratoga last Friday, 12 days after contesting the lead in midstretch of one-mile debut on the Widener course; hard to ignore trainer Michael Dilger’s 4-for-5 record with turf-to-dirt types. -Dave Litfin

Spot PlayINSOLVENT (#7, 5-1) is returned to turf after fading to fifth in a dirt sprint and looks dangerous with the surface switch; dangerous speed and ran quickly two starts ago at Belmont when on the grass. – Byron King
Live LongshotMLLE MARGAUX (#1, 15-1) does not have very attractive recent form but the theory here is that she's been the victim of some poor set-ups; the slow fractions in those races obviously support that but the fact that she ran well in her tries prior to those races is further evidence that the race flow is a valid excuse, and she should get a much better pace scenario today. -Kenny Peck
