7-year-old claiming type has won three of his four starts since taken for $12.5k by Jason Servis and this was his best effort to date. He sat four-wide around the track before overpowering the leaders once into the stretch, and was clear under the wire while earning a new top figure.

Lightly raced 4-year-old has had trouble staying on the track but he has shown ample ability along the way and he was very unlucky in this race to get trapped along the rail in the stretch, eventually losing all chance when having to take up at the furlong marker.

French import made her stateside debut in the Grade 3 Beaugay and had plenty go against her with no pace developing over a distance that figured to be short of her best, but she overcame it all to prevail with a strong run through the stretch. Looks like another good one for a barn that is loaded with female turf talent.
