Barretts October yearling sale catalog available

The catalog for the Barretts Equine Sales Co. October yearling sale is now available online.

Barretts has cataloged 258 yearlings for the one-day auction, which will be held Oct. 7 on the grounds of Fairplex Park in Pomona, Calif. One hip has been withdrawn as of Aug. 29.

California-based stallions represented by multiple yearlings in the sale include Awesome Gambler, Dixie Chatter, Heatseeker, California Chrome’s sire Lucky Pulpit, Papa Clem, Sierra Sunset, Stormin Fever, The Pamplemousse, the late Tribal Rule, and Unusual Heat.

Other notable sires represented by one or more yearlings in the sale include Afleet Alex, Arch, Blame, Bluegrass Cat, Discreet Cat, English Channel, the late Harlan’s Holiday, Langfuhr, Lemon Drop Kid, Macho Uno, Majestic Warrior, Midnight Lute, Scat Daddy, Stormy Atlantic, Tale of the Cat, Warrior’s Reward, and Yes It’s True.
