Barretts fall yearling and mixed sale catalog now online

The catalog for the 2015 Barretts fall sale of yearlings and horses of all ages is now available online with 269 entries.

The sale will be held Tuesday, Oct. 27 at Del Mar, beginning at 11 a.m. Pacific.

Included in the catalog is the complete dispersal of the estate of Ellwood Johnston & Berumen, which is being handled as agent by Havens Bloodstock. The dispersal features 15 yearlings, nine 2-year-olds, 11 horses of racing age, and 18 broodmares or broodmare prospects.

Supplemental entries for both yearlings and horses of racing age will be accepted until Oct. 14.

Stallions represented by yearlings from their first crop include Acclamation, Bullet Train, Coil, Creative Cause, Dominus, Empire Way, Gerryssundayspirit, Hansen, Northern Indy, Santiva, and Tapizar.
