Race 1
(1a) GRACEFUL SPIRIT put in a super effort last out and still might be a decent price. (7) SWAN LIFE TO LIVE filly gets sent out for a trainer who has them ready off the bench; threat. (6) WE ALL BLEED RED showed some potential in the qualifier including a decent burst of speed off the gate.

Race 2
(1a) SINGULAR SIGHT needed his last start and had a tough trip around dull cover before drifting wide in the stretch. The pacer makes his second start back off a long layoff and should improve. (4) CJ OTT gelding has just been racing evenly but finds a softer field than his last few. (6) READY was a game winner last out against less and could have gained some confidence.
Race 3
(6) STAGE STAR raced big last out off a scratch and gets sent out for hot connections. (7) ONE LOUD DING was sharp last start closing good ground from a tough spot. (5) ARROYA BLUE CHIP always offers low value and usually lacks stamina late.
Race 4
(6) BADGER QUINN sophomore pacer has the most upside in the race, makes his third start back, and gets sent out for a top barn. (5) BLUE RIVER gelding has a good burst of speed but has yet to win in nine starts on the year. (7) SVAYA KNOWS was used aggressively last out, needed the start, and should be much tighter.
Race 5
In a wide open race (3) COME N BET IT has been pacing up a storm late and is a huge threat in this class with any kind of trip. (4) GALACTIC STAR gets a good driver change for a new barn. (2) JO JO SPUR could be turning a corner and is also a threat with a good trip.
Race 6
(1) B FLY MCQUEEN mare needed a few starts to get back in racing shape and should be ready for a big effort. (6) POWERFUL COMMANDER four-year-old stallion raced a career best last out to better competition; threat. (4) MUSCLE TRIP makes his second start back off a long layoff and was really improving late last season.
Race 7
(3) PERFORMING NIGHTLY goes for a hot barn and has won two of three starts on the year. (6) FORTUNE DOR always seems to offer a fair price and is sneaky good right now. (1) METRO LAD has a terrible win-loss record and loves burning cash; command a price.
Race 8
(1a) LITTLE MS CHRISSY mare is very talented and looks to have come back sharp. (3) HERE'S JOHNNY impeccably bred trotter hits the board a lot but always lacks late. (2) MASTER OF EXCUSES drops back down to a level where the 4-year-old can compete but needs a smooth trip.
Race 9
(4) ONE JAZZY LADY filly should have been better last race but still could be the horse to beat. (3) CUZIMALEGEND has been improving just missing last out to an impressive winner. (8) FOX VALLEY FLORA has some upside and room to improve off a nice first effort.
Race 10
(4) THESLEAZYPRINCESS should have no trouble dispatching this field if the pacer is right. (2) OSAGE mare came alive last start racing gamely, however the pacer is in over her head; use underneath. (8) LADYBONES finally got on track at the bottom level and could threaten with a repeat of that effort should the top choice falter.
