$30,000 Guaranteed Pick Five Tonight (race 2)

Race 10 - $20,000 Guaranteed Pick Four Pool

Best Bet (17 - 27 / $73.40): TIME RUNNING OUT (4th)

Spot Play: WASHINGTON HANOVER (12th)

Race 1

(5) ANYTHING I WANT filly makes her sophomore debut off a nice qualifier and finds a wide-open race. (8) SOFT VELVET mare raced big last out just missing and will hit the board with a similar effort. (2) ON MY OWN filly pacer is small in stature and has a tiring gait. The 3-year-old did show a good burst of speed, adds second time lasix, but will offer low value.

Race 2

(7) CHEWY BACA gelding went a big effort even after lagging the gate at the start last out; big chance. (8) MAJOR MALE six-year-old stallion has been sharp and was the driver's choice. (2) JERRICO well bred 4-year-old is has been a disappointment but does find a softer spot; use underneath.

Race 3

In a weak and inconsistent field (10) CHARS DESIRE has flashed some ability, will offer a big price, and just needs the right setup for a chance. (5) I'M REAL GOOD made a break last out for new connections and is 0 for nineteen on the year, however the pacer should be considered a threat in the field. (4) CONZO has some room for improvement and is one of few with upside in the race.

Race 4

(6) TIME RUNNING OUT little pacer has a big engine and will be tough to deny with any kind of trip. (4) TEA PARTY PATRIOT pacer has some talent and needed his last start. (8) BLOOMING GENIUS has been facing some tough customers and gets some class relief.

Race 5

(6) IN OVER MY HEAD eight-year-old is probably the horse to beat. The other pacers will have to be on their game to pace with the stallion late. (3) ICE SCRAPER will be setting sail early; vulnerable late. (4) HOLDINGALLTHECARDS might be ready to roll following a big win after a slow start to the year.

Race 6

In an extremely tough race to handicap (9) REV ME UP gets sent out for a low percentage driver but does own some back class in a field full of question marks. (4) STATE STREET LIZ gets a good driver change and should be much closer turning for home. (8) M A DUTY filly faces older but has been racing gamely and makes her third start back off a long layoff.

Race 7

(8) PQ THREE received a very questionable drive last out being brutalized first up in the pacer's sophomore debut. The 2-year-old champ was the driver's choice of five and should offer a square price. (7) UNCLE UGLY went a monster effort last race going wire to wire and could have more to offer. (6) BEACH BOY BRODY was also eye-popping last start pacing a 25:3 final quarter blowing past the field like they were standing still; threat.

Race 8

(1b) LOVE THIS PLACE mare has been knocking on the door and should be much closer turning for home. (3) LOVE YOU ALWAYS gets a good starting post and should be more involved early. (7) WHISTLE PIG got the jump on the field last out but is hampered by the worst post. The mare could get an easy start racing from the back; use underneath.

Race 9

(6) HELLO MY DREAM filly pacer is something to get excited about drawing off last race for fun; driver's choice. (4) JUST BY DESIGN will be given an aggressive drive and could be one of few threats in the race. (3) DP ANGEL drops down in class, gets a great post, and will save some ground before shaking loose late.

Race 10

(3) RHOMBUS gelding is pacing some big miles and could look to hit the lead early. (9) ST DAVID HANOVER the connections can't be overlooked bringing in nice-priced winners. (7) REAL OR MAGIC is sharp and a threat with a smooth trip.

Race 11

(1) LENNOX BLUE CHIP well bred gelding has some lameness issues but looks to be ready for a big effort after some needed starts. (2) UNCLE BUD has just been racing evenly but can jump up with big efforts from time to time. (3) STAMPED BY DESIGN is 0 for the year but is fast enough to beat this group with the right setup.

Race 12

(8) WASHINGTON HANOVER makes his third start back for hot connections; threat. (7) TINK AND TIGER has been pacing some big miles and drops in class. (3) EXTRAVAGANT ART doesn't win often but has started to turn it around recently.

Race 13

(5) ALWAYS A FIGHTER the pacer drops in for the tag. Four-year-old has some issues but also has big time speed. (4) WESTERN DEAL is a big threat against this group; versatile. (1) TIMEWELL bumps up in class after some dominating wins.
