The sale-topper, who went to Bluewater Sales, as agent, is from the first crop of Laoban, a son of Uncle Mo who won the Grade 2 Jim Dandy Stakes and placed in two other graded stakes. Laoban stands in New York at Sequel Stallions, which consigned this colt, as agent.
The colt is the fifth foal out of the placed Broken Vow mare Promising Vow, dam of one winner from two starters.
