A 4-year-old New Zealand-bred, Ciccina was 10th in a maiden race in her debut at Gosford in January, and did not race again for six months, returning to win a maiden race at 6 1/4 furlongs at Taree on July 27. All That Sass, who tends to run closer to the front, is winless in four starts since a victory in a handicap against fillies and mares at seven furlongs in February, her only win in 10 starts. This is the third start of the month for All That Sass, who was fourth by three lengths in a handicap for fillies and mares on good turf at Kembla Grange on Aug. 1, and fourth by 6 3/4 lengths in a seven-furlong handicap against open company on soft turf at Goulburn on Aug. 9. The turf course condition is expected to be good at Scone for this race, which may be a better fit for All That Sass. Scone has an eight-race program that begins at 10:45 p.m. Eastern, or 7:45 p.m. Pacific, on Monday. Wagering is available through DRFBets.com.
