Aqueduct pick six Friday will have $195K carryover, mandatory payout

OZONE PARK, N.Y. -- For the second straight card the pick six at Aqueduct was not hit, resulting in a $195,762 carryover heading into Friday’s eight-race card.
Since Friday is the last day of the calendar year, there will be a mandatory payout in the pick six, which will begin on race 3 (1:44 p.m. Eastern) and includes the $100,000 Alex M. Robb Handicap for New York-bred males.

There were several live tickets on various horses entering Thursday’s nightcap, but when Esor ($14.20) went gate to wire under Eric Cancel, it triggered the carryover.

Thursday’s pick-six sequence began with Anything Pazible ($33.20), the longest shot on the board, winning race 3. The remainder of the sequence included Hoopla ($3.30), Inevtabl Connection ($7), Air Show ($15), Maiden Beauty ($8.60), and Esor ($14.20).
The consolation payout for 5 of 6 was $765.
