Aqueduct: Pick six carryover of $227,192 for Wednesday

OZONE PARK, N.Y. – There will be a pick six carryover of $227,192 at Aqueduct on Wednesday after the wager was not hit for a third straight program Monday.

Miss Motivation, a 13-1 shot under Israel Rodriguez and one of five horses uncovered in the last leg of the pick six on Monday, outfinished Flirtatious Spring, the 2-1 favorite and a horse to which there were five live pick six tickets, to win the finale.

There had been a carryover of $85,762 entering Monday’s card after the wager went unhit Saturday and Sunday.

Wednesday’s pick six will start with race 4 (1:47 p.m. Eastern) and include three turf races. The midrange forecast for the New York area calls for dry conditions, so those races should remain on the turf.
