REAL ESTATE (#4, 15-1): This lightly raced 9-year-old has been facing open claiming sprinters since a win on June 2 – one day before the cutoff of this “beaten” condition; he switches back to Alex Solis, who was aboard for that victory as well as a placing two starts back. -Dave Litfin

IMPLIED (#8, 7/2) has been a little unlucky in her last two starts – caught in traffic before altering clear and finishing gamely two back; and trailing early as the winner walked on the lead last time – but she appears to have picked up her game switching to off-the-pace tactics, and there is speed signed on to this race.-Mike Beer

Vulnerable Favorite

It will be interesting to see if she actually winds up favored at post time, but ZEKES SURPRISE (#6, 3/1) would be a tough horse to like if she is indeed a short price in this race. Figure-wise her last two efforts say she’s a player in here, but she had easy enough trips in both, and this maiden on the turf was ridden by Castellano two back, so the rider switch back to him from a 7lb bug does little to inspire extra confidence. -Mike Beer
