Old warrior EA (#9, 5-2) halves in price for top connections, and is certainly one of the ones in this $12.5k claimer, but his most recent wins (ant they aren’t that recent) are all at either specialty distances (1 ½ or 2 miles) or in off-the-turf races, and dating back to October 2012, he’s been 5/2 or less in 8-of-9 starts, with but 1 win to show for it.- Mike Beer
