CONGRESSIONAL PAGE (#3, 10-1), lost by trainer Michael Trombetta for $35k at Saratoga, was claimed back two starts later for almost twice the price, and he's had significant trouble at the start of each of his last two races; best effort gives him a chance, and there is some speed signed on here to set him up, assuming he breaks this time. - Mike Beer

CARRIED INTEREST (#5, 2-1) would have to fit the bill in this category, as he returns from a seven month layoff, and already has a history of losing races at the shortest of prices. - Mike Beer

RISK MANAGEMENT (#4, 8-1) might be worth a play at the right price in his 2nd start off the layoff for Linda Rice; may need to take back off just off the pace and make one run, but if he can do that perhaps he's good enough to spring the upset. -Kenny Peck
