Spot PlayP J's SUPEREGO (#5, 10-1) has yet to improve upon her solid 2yo form this year, but she ran very well after a wide trip in the Stallion Series, is back to a better distance for this, and has speed to use after trying rating tactics going 7 furlongs last time. - Mike Beer

Live LongshotANDROMEDA’S COMING (#1, 8-1) not much to choose from on what could be a chalk-laden card, but feel this one may be worth a shot at listed price minimum stretching out to two turns and taking drop to bottom for solid conditioner. - Chuck Kuehhas

Vulnerable FavoriteLike many Pletcher horses, STREET THUG (#2,6-5) began his career with big promise, winning in the maiden-special ranks at Belmont Park in his second start. But that was in April 2012, and five defeats and a couple of layoff lines later, he is one more defeat away from being a 5-year-old lacking a second career victory. Eight-week layoff does little to encourage as he takes a perilous class drop to this $16k claiming level; seems a very shaky proposition at such a low morning-line number. – Marty McGee
