Aqueduct and Beulah cancel

With a forecast for at least six inches of snow in the New York area, Aqueduct announced on Tuesday that it was canceling live racing and simulcasting on Wednesday. It was the fifth weather-related cancellation of the month and ninth since the inner track opened on Dec. 3.

Wednesday's card was to be brought back intact and run Thursday. The card includes a pick-six carryover of $36,082.

* Beulah Park canceled its nine-race program Tuesday afternoon because of a thawing and uneven racing surface. First post was initially pushed back 20 minutes for additional track maintenance, but after the jockeys walked the surface the card was canceled.
