Chelsea Durand/NYRA Alternate Reality, returning from a three-month layoff, looks to end a 13-race skid in Thursday's feature at Aqueduct.

Alternate Reality looks to end a 13-race losing streak when he returns from a three-month layoff in a $35,000 claiming race Thursday at Aqueduct.

Alternate Reality, trained by Chris Englehart, hasn’t run since he finished second to Magnolia Midnight last Nov. 8. Magnolia Midnight won a $40,000 claimer on Jan. 24 here with a 96 Beyer. Prior to the Nov. 8 race, Alternate Reality was beaten a head for $20,000 claiming, finishing a nose behind Bold Victory who is in this spot Thursday.

Unbridled Bomber returns from a three-month layoff as a new gelding for trainer Jim Ryerson. This is the cheapest level at which Unbridled Bomber has run in his career.

Trainer Jamie Ness has the coupled entry of Uninvited Guest and Certified Loverboy in this spot. Ness claimed Certified Loverboy for this same price tag on Jan. 23, but now cuts him back from 1 1/8 miles to a one-turn mile
