Jockey Flavien Prat’s departure from JFK airport to LAX was delayed 3 1/2 hours, causing Prat to miss his first scheduled mount Monday at Santa Anita. But Prat arrived at Santa Anita in time to ride Forged Steel in the fifth race, taking the Grade 2 Hollywood Gold Cup.
