Airdrie Stud in Midway, Ky., announced the fees for its eight stallions for the 2016 breeding season, and Majesticperfection tops its list with a fee of $20,000. Majesticperfection, whose oldest foals are 3 this year, is the sire of Kentucky Oaks winner Lovely Maria among his four stakes winners. Cairo Prince and Creative Cause will have the co-second-highest fees at Airdrie, each standing for $15,000. Multiple Grade 2 winner Cairo Prince, who entered stud earlier this year, is a son of Pioneerof the Nile, sire of Triple Crown winner American Pharoah. Grade 1 winner Creative Cause, by leading sire Giant’s Causeway, entered stud in 2013. New to Airdrie for 2016 is Summer Front, a multiple graded stakes-winning son of War Front who earned more than $1 million. He will stand for $10,000.
