HOT SPRINGS, Ark. - Agent Dylan Fazio said he will be representing jockey David Cohen at the upcoming meet at Churchill Downs. Fazio is the agent for Isaac Castillo, who is headed to the same Kentucky track after the close of the Oaklawn Park meet May 6. Fazio will begin representing Cohen on Monday. “I like his work ethic,” Cohen said. “I think he’s an extremely intelligent and respectful young man - and a new era of agent, great with technology, savvy in the social media world. Everyone I’ve spoken to likes him. I know he’s coming to Kentucky.” Cohen, who is a past title winner at Oaklawn, wintered this year at Fair Grounds. He said he made a number of good re-connections for Kentucky while in Louisiana, winning races for such trainers Keith Desormeaux, Steve Margolis, Kenny McPeek and Dallas Stewart. Cohen said Fazio also is a good fit as the rider is friends with Castillo. “Our business complements each other, doesn’t conflict with each other,” Cohen said.   Castillo came to Oaklawn from Monmouth Park. Cohen has longstanding ties to the East Coast, but is now based in Kentucky.  :: Want to learn more about handicapping and wagering? Check out DRF's Handicapping 101 and Wagering 101 pages.
