$91,000 pick six carryover the big draw on Saturday night
The mixed breed program at Los Alamitos on Saturday night has a pick six carryover of $91,236 and the pool of new money could exceed $300,000.
The $2 pick six covers the fifth through 10th races on a program that begins at 7:05 p.m. Pacific. Wagering is available through DRFBets.com.
The pick six at Los Alamitos uses the classic format rather than a single-ticket jackpot, and pays a consolation for tickets with five winners. Last Sunday, the most recent day of racing, consolation tickets were worth $2,639 from a pool of $125,494 in new money.

Saturday’s pick six begins with an allowance race at 1,000 yards that drew a field of seven Thoroughbreds.
The remaining five races are for Quarter Horses on the straightaway. The sixth through eighth races will be run at 300 yards – an allowance race with a field of 7, an allowance race for 2-year-olds with a field of 8, and a maiden race with a field of 6.
The ninth race is a $12,500 claimer for maidens at 330 yards with six runners, followed by the $35,000 Sgt Pepper Feature Handicap at 350 yards for 3-year-olds.
Golden Boi, the champion 2-year-old colt of 2021, will be favored on the strength of a win in the El Primero Del Ano Derby on March 27 in his most recent start. All Pointz Bulletin, winner of the Oklahoma Derby in March and third in the Heritage Place Oaks for fillies on May 28 at Remington Park, will have her Los Al debut in the Sgt Pepper Feature Handicap.
