BreezeFigs Quick-Pix Saturday, December 4, 2021 by Bob Fierro & Jay Kilgore

Decent results from last week’s Pix as “eminently playable” Morello and Inevtabl Connection scooted home to a $23 exacta while at Tampa Bay the overbet Tap the Gavel got outkicked at the start and one-paced himself to finish out an $11 exacta. Along the way and subsequently 14 BreezeFigs 2-year-old maidens came home winners, several kicking off BreezeFigs gimmicks.

Barbara D. Livingston
Following Sea was strong winning the Vosburgh by 4 3/4 lengths (above) prior to his third-place finish in the Breeders' Cup Sprint.

Gulfstream Park might have needed a supplementary racing office crew just to handle all the entries on Saturday’s Claiming Crown card. The entry box overflowed, and we definitely are making a stop in South Florida during Saturday’s tour of North American stakes racing.
