Paid Up Subscriber, winner of the Fleur de Lis at Churchill Downs, will square off against I'm a Chatterbox again in the Personal Ensign.

ARCADIA, Calif. – Paid Up Subscriber has been declared out of the Nov. 5 Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint at Santa Anita after trainer Al Stall Jr. decided the 4-year-old filly was not training to his satisfaction at Churchill Downs.

“When you’re shipping across country for a huge race like this, you’d better be training totally through the bridle,” Stall said late Thursday by phone. “We gave ourselves time to consider all that was involved, and the bottom line is we didn’t feel like shipping to California was the right thing to do.”
