(1) YUENGLING was second in her debut for these connections on February 3 and has the pole and a driver switch to Jason Bartlett here. She had a three-race win streak at this level in December and January. (3) UNCONTROLLED was a closing third in the same race my top two selections exit, gets a bit of post relief and races out of a stable that's off to a hot start to the meet. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 60000LT / NW2 PM Races or 30000LT Draw Inside Trot (4) FARAH TRIO IT is on a streak of five straight wins since she added trotting hobbles in mid-December and now comes east from The Meadows to leading trainer Per Engblom. (5) MR INSTIGATOR prevailed two back at the Meadowlands and gets a chance to partner with Yannick Gingras here as he gives the half-mile oval a try. (1) BROMAX never got involved from the nine-hole at the Meadowlands on January 9 but did trot a 28 second final quarter and starts from the pole tonight. Race 3 - 20000CLM Pace (1) DIAMONDBEACH slides all the way in from post eight to the pole position this week. I'll hope that puts him back in the game as he was very sharp both at Yonkers and the Meadowlands before he started drawing badly and then was up in class here on 1-28. (3) HURRIKANEKINGJAMES comes in off a romping win for a red-hot stable when he dropped to this level on 1-28. (5) PINK FLOYD HANOVER owns two victories and a second thus far in 2026 and debuts for new connections off a claim. Race 4 - Winners of 5 but not more than 7 PM Races or 105789LT Trot (5) YOU GUESSED IT showed some trot in traffic last week and makes his second start back off the shelf tonight. He had some success at Yonkers late last year and can hopefully get back to that form. (3) EXQUISITE TASTE comes in with back-to-back victories and also tallied at the Meadowlands on 1-9. He gets some post relief to boot. (2) KAYS IN CHARGE slides in from the six-hole to post two and was a rallying second in the contest taken by EXQUISITE TASTE a week ago. Race 5 - 15000CLM Pace (8) LOU'S BEACH will have to overcome the outside post but drops out of the $20,000 claiming class and I'm going to bank on him being put in play against a wide-open group. (1) MAJOR POCKET A has been outside the top three just once in his last seven appearances and moves in from the eight-hole to the pole position for a stable putting a lot of live horses on the track. (2) ROCKET FREIGHT checked in the runner-up spot behind a well-meant victor last Wednesday and moves in a couple of slots on the gate this time. Race 6 - Winners of 2 but not more than 4 PM Races or 61983LT / NW2 PM Races or 30000LT Draw Inside Trot (6) ZENMEISTER S prevailed handily in his U.S. debut at the Meadowlands on 1-16 and now goes with Bartlett for Engblom. (4) BEERNSUNSHINE DEO moves in on the gate after back-to-back seven-holes to start her 2026 campaign and led a long way before she wound up fourth on January 28. (1) DRINKING PROBLEMS hasn't been outside the exacta in five tries since the qualifier on the 3rd of December and starts from post one. Jordan Stratton partners with him with Bartlett on my top pick. Race 7 - 25000CLM Pace (4) SCRIBBLERS got no pace to chase last week and couldn't rally but does own a victory at this level on 12-10, debuts for new connections off a claim and gets a driver switch to Gingras. (2) MOVIN' ON UP drops out of the NW10000L5 base class, has hit the board in all of his starts thus far in 2026 and races out of a stable that's doing very well. (1) HEAVE AWAY turned in an improved performance when Bartlett took over the drive a week ago. He's at the controls again here with a move in from the six-hole to the pole position. Race 8 - 20000CLM Pace (3) BLACK HAWK JOE A dominated $15,000 claiming company last Monday and while he steps up here, he shows a victory in this class as well on 11-5. (4) ULYSSES finished second to my top pick on 2-2 and is now with Engblom off a claim. (2) BLACK EDITION N was third as the favorite in this class a week ago. He moves in a couple of notches on the gate and gets to team up with Brett Beckwith again here. Also, he gets post relief off his recent efforts out of town and catches the type of group I think he can make an impact against. (2) SMOOTH LOU takes a third crack against $15,000 claiming company tonight and was second a week ago after he led into the stretch. (7) FAMILY RECIPE landed another outside post but shows two recent thirds against tougher $20,000 claimers and was fourth in the same race SMOOTH LOU exits. Race 10 - NW6081L5 / 12500CLM Pace (2) JACK'S LEGEND N hasn't done a lot of winning over the last couple years, but this could be a chance for him as he finds the bottom level out of the $20,000 claimers and moves in to post two off a pair of races where he's been stuck out in the seven-hole. (1) FIZZING N gets a chance to partner with Bartlett from the pole position and was a good second at the Meadowlands on the 17th of January. (5) GENTLE GIANT rallied to collect a fourth against NW7500L5 competition on February 3 and drops here.
