2026 MEET STATS: 13 - 40 / $62.18 (-$17.82) BEST BETS: 2 - 4 / $5.28 (-$2.72) BEST BET: ALWAYS A THRILL (3rd) SPOT PLAY: CAPTAIN LUFFY (4th) Race 1: F&M $25,000 Claiming Pace (4) STORMY SERENA is as consistent as they come at this $25K claiming level and she does it for multiple barns. Tonight she debuts for Dilloian Jr., picks up the leading driver and will undoubtedly be the one to catch. (3) ILLUSION SEELSTER won in a shocker last week and she'll be a price again. Can she beat the top one for the second consecutive start? Depends if she can secure the same pocket ride. (1) RACIN FOR ROYALTY has been right there in all recent starts and deserves a shot to prosper up in class a level. Rail draw obviously helps. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace (3) YUENGLING is another fresh claim for the Dilloian Jr. barn and she saw her win streak snapped last week when unable to make the front from post eight; that shouldn't be a problem tonight. (4) WHO'S PERFECT returned to Bartlett, got post improvement and the good times started right back up. Obvious legit candidate to repeat. (5) UNCONTROLLED didn't fire as the chalk when dropped to this level but her prior races were good and she'll be a much bigger price tonight. Race 3: 3-6YO Open Pace (4) ALWAYS A THRILL was ready for action coming off the holiday break as he wired the field from post seven. He's got a tactical and recency edge on a couple of his main rivals to his outside. Both (5) ALL CLASS and (6) HEZA CHARTTOPPER A are tough to gauge making their 2026 debuts both off a few months. They both may be coming from the back as the top choice rates on the front. That said #5 may be the one put in play first. Race 4: 3-5YO Winners of 5-7 races or $90,000 LT Pace (2) CAPTAIN LUFFY faced veteran foes last out at the NW15000 level and went nowhere from the seven hole; prior start for this Alexander trainee was a nice win in this class; deserves more respect than the ML indicates considering he's proven here. (5) LOCHLAN HANOVER has been second best in his last four Yonkers races and the 4YO has been a model of consistency wherever he races. (1) DREAM BIRD seemed to take a step back last week but he draws the rail again. Race 5: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace (2) BOUT DAMN TIME A has won from similar spots in the past and the post edge on the likely favorite could be enough to get it done at an honest price. (7) STONECOLD GIRL goes for three straight wins as stays right at the $20K level but those last two were from cozy inside posts and Bartlett may have work overtime to get her to the front. (6) DASH N CACHE steps up off a win at the NW5000 level in her local return, picks up Yannick. Race 6: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace (5) PEACE OUT POSSE had little to offer last week when dropped to the basement conditioned class but the 11YO vet gets some moderate post improvement and faces a dreary field with little form. (3) HARD TO CATCH is clearly the most logical but he burned money last out and could be odds-on here with Bartlett back driving. (2) JABBAR has been facing better in all recent. Race 7: NW7500 in last 5 starts Pace (2) CURBSIDE PICKUP returns to Yonkers after a failed stretch of races at The Meadowlands and he just missed at a big price in his last local start; Burke stable has been a bit slow to get going but can never be counted out. (8) THONG CONTROL was tons the best last week but moves from the rail all the way outside which will ensure a solid price. Lachance trainee is sharp enough to beat these if he can navigate a trip. (5) CAVIART SARGENT was a no-match second to #8 in his YR return. Race 8: NW11201 in last 5 starts Pace (2) MOVIN' ON UP seemed to relish some time off over the holidays because he's come back firing on all cylinders. $25K claim from back in November is finally paying some dividends. (3) T H TYSON had finishing pace last week for Chris and Patrick Ryder and now he gets needed post relief. (6) JAHAN HANOVER has plenty of local history and he can leave the gate for position at a big price. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace (4) MACHS LEGACY A has been close in her recent tries and is overdue to get over the hump and win one. Would be nice if Buter could get her to the lead. (1) MISS PERIGNON N beat many of these last week and now moves to the rail; very logical favorite. (2) ACCESS GRANTED returns after almost two months on the shelf and the Engblom trainee is a proven entity with this type. Race 10: 3-5YO Winners of 2-4 races or $60,000 LT Pace (6) THE WICKED ONE has been live in practically every Yonkers start without a recent win to show for it; versatile gelding should be able to leave for position or maybe even make the front, which would make him a major candidate to wire these. (1) ALRITEALRITEALRITE had a nice view of the field in his 2026 debut and now is back on consecutive weeks with a move all the way in to the rail. (8) BETTOR NOT wired most of these last week from the six hole and if anyone can generate enough speed from the eight hole its Bartlett.
