2026 MEET STATS: 13 - 40 / $62.18 (-$17.82) BEST BETS: 2 - 4 / $5.28 (-$2.72) BEST BET: BACKSTREET SHADOW (4th) SPOT PLAY: LOU’S SWEETREVENGE (9th) Race 1: F&M $50,000 Claiming Pace (5) YS SENSATIONALCITY has raced well for these connections in two starts after bumping back to $50K claimers and she’s one of only a few who are proven winners at this level; wide-open race here and she should be double-digit odds. (3) ACCESS GRANTED was a little short first off the bench; hard to ignore connections, (1) IDEALINFUN is in a very logical spot to come away with a piece. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace (4) FIGHT NOT FLIGHT has been no worse than a half-length back in her last six starts and she stays at the perfect level off the Stratton claim; may have a clear path to the front. (5) RACIN FOR ROYALTY missed a nose last week at the $25K level and she’s a bonafide late threat. (7) DW’S DARLENE changes hands again and is now in the Dilloian Jr. barn; picks up Bartlett and must get away well from the gate for any chance. Race 3: 3-5YO Winners of 5-7 races or $90,000 LT Pace (1) LOCHLAN HANOVER dominated last week at 1/5 odds and gets a free ride at this level; one to catch again. (3) ODDS ON NO LIMIT was also an easy winner last out but potentially gives up a tactical edge to the top choice. Good matchup, however. (5) FASTING was third last start against more seasoned rivals. Race 4: NW8016 in last 5 starts Pace (2) BACKSTREET SHADOW makes just his second start in almost a year after a very encouraging race last week. Millionaire is impossible to look past from this spot as the deserving favorite. (1) CUT N RUN N drops from $40K claimers and figures to be back in stalking mode after tiring on the front last week. (5) JABBAR steps up to face better as he goes for two straight. Race 5: 3-5YO Winners 2-4 races or $60,914 LT Pace Bartlett had his choice of four live ones in here and he sticks with the Tritton trainee (5) ONEFORTHEROAD GB off a recent second-place outing. I’ll assume he’s got license to improve tonight. (4) BETTOR NOT picks up Gingras and gets an improved post off two solid local efforts. (1) ITS ELECTRIFYING N has had little to offer in two starts after arriving from Down Under; one could argue that’s a bit surprising. Race 6: F&M $25,000 Claiming Pace (1) TOBAGO TIME hasn’t been at her sharpest recently but she did finish close in traffic last week and the classy vet sure knows how to win; maybe she can sit a live trip and kick home with more tonight. (3) STORMY SERENA changes hands for the fourth consecutive start and stays put at the proper level. (2) FIGHTING EVIL moves into claimers after burning some money in her two seasonal starts at the bottom conditioned level. Race 7: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) HAZEVILLE was just nipped from a very similar spot two back and he deserves another chance as the likely second choice. (1) ESCAPE TO AMERICA was able to put things together last week and does step up a level but lands the rail. (3) NANDOLO N drops in class again and is always a threat when drawn to the inner half of the gate. Race 8: F&M $20,000 Claiming Pace (1) SHEIKH YABOOTY N was not a factor last week, her first start in over nine months, but she moves to the rail and the 12YO vet faces a rather flat field. Can she recapture some of her old glory? (4) THAT’S A HUGE BEACH is back in claimers, also returns to Holland, who does well for these connections. (7) ODDS ON SARA SARA has been right there in all recent at The Meadowlands and she gets Bartlett for her Yonkers return but she doesn’t have much of a local record. Tough post as well. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: NW15000 in last 5 starts Pace (2) LOU’S SWEETREVENGE was a good second last week down a level and a similar effort can put this classy gelding right there at the wire vs. these and should offer some value. (3) CURLY JAMES A disappointed as the 2/5 favorite in last and the Engblom trainee will be a short price again. Can he rebound? He’s been camera-shy for a while now. (4) MYSWEETBOYMAX gets a new driver in Buter and also moves to a much more realistic post. Race 10: NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace (1) WINDSUN RICKY faces the softest field he’s seen in ages, keeps Bartlett, draws the rail. Strong chance to take these wire-to-wire in the finale. (5) BETS SHOW OFF is another Canadian invader for the Lachance barn and like many of the others he’ll fit well here. Does he need an acclimating start? (3) GLIMPSE OF VICTORY was just okay in in his debut for a new barn after arriving from Ohio; maybe has more to offer this time.
