2026 MEET STATS: 13 - 40 / $62.18 (-$17.82) BEST BETS: 2 - 4 / $5.28 (-$2.72) BEST BET: AARDIES FLASH N (7th) SPOT PLAY: THEFLYINGROCK (3rd) Race 1: $15,000 Claiming Pace (3) TIN ROOF RAIDER A is two for two in 2026 and stays at the winning level for strong connections. (4) ROCKINBILLYSDREAM changes hands via claim and if he maintains his current form he’ll be a player, and may offer the best price of the main contenders. (2) TAKE A CLOSER LOOK and (1) OVER THE HORIZON are other logical candidates to hit the ticket. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: $30,000 Claiming Pace (1) MAXIMUS RED A was in a hopeless spot in his last two but now he drops from 40’s to 30’s and moves all the way in to the rail. Last time with a good post he was a winner. (4) BOILING OAR also takes a needed drop in class and can leave the gate from this spot. (6) WALKINSHAW N is now 14 years old and can still contend; Bongiorno trainee may be overlooked in the wagering but he does fit with these. Race 3: $40,000 Claiming Pace (6) THEFLYINGROCK makes a big leap in class but he’s been super since joining the Adamczyk barn and this $15K claim from November deserves a chance to prove himself with these, provided the price is good (let's say 5/1 or better). (3) DANCIN SANCHO drops in his second start off the six week layoff and figures to offer up a better effort. (2) JUST ENUFF STUFF is a legit player but doesn’t really stand out enough to justify a short price. Race 4: 3-6 YO $30,000 Claiming Pace (2) PERFECT PROMISES debuts for the DiDomenico barn via claim after just missing last week. Good draw should make him a live player. (8) LYONS BENJAMIN steps up a notch in price for new connections and figures to be blasting from post eight. If he can be on or near the lead he just may be sharp enough to upset. (6) AMERITRIC moves to Laterza and has been right there in his last three starts. Race 5: NW8601 in last 5 starts Pace - $10K Gtd. Pick 5 (6) WHY TOMORROW RAY is long on the ML but he does move from claimers into this lower conditioned class where there are no standouts. Recent form isn’t awful and I think he can fit with these. (3) DONTLIKEITLEAVE woke up last week with the move back to Yonkers. (1) OVERTHINKING hasn’t fired since the end of last year but he drops again, moves to the rail and the Engblom trainee keeps Beckwith. Race 6: NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace (2) CHEVRON ART N didn’t take long to acclimate as the recent Down Under shipper has won two straight since moving to Yonkers; he’s forced to step up again but likely does have more to offer. (1) AMMO faltered at odds-on last week; down a level and is the one to beat again. (6) COALFORD TOPGUY GB shipped down from Canada to join the Engblom barn but failed at miniscule odds; price goes way up if you stay on board. Race 7: NW15351 in last 5 starts Pace I’m sure (2) AARDIES FLASH N benefitted from last week’s race, his first pari-mutuel action since the end of September. Engblom trainee has Bartlett again, drops a level, moves inside and figures to take control of these. (3) ROCKIN JUKEBOX is a legit talent who always offers value; he’s back in on consecutive weeks and is more than capable. (6) MIKI SHAN N figures to offer a price tonight after burning plenty of money in recent races. Race 8: NW20000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) BLUE LOU returned from six weeks on the bench and looked like he was in midseason form rolling by from the pocket; Alexander trainee can repeat. (1) THE IDEAL DANCER A was an upset winner last start and Lachance now puts him in for a tag so he can stay at the same level. (7) SINBAD N is back from Ohio where he was in the Noble barn and he had some big moments out there. Pete Tritton owned/trained import finds a tough spot for his local return but we know he’s capable of moving forward to pick up a piece. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: NW30000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) MAC’S MARVEL has four runner-up efforts in six starts since being claimed by Lachance so it’s safe to say he’s knocking on the door. Late runner has consistent sharp last quarters. (1) SOHO DOW JONES A fell apart last week after pulling the pocket; prior efforts put him right in the mix. (8) DIEGO N has the worst post but will be blasting as usual for top connections. Race 10: $15,000 Claiming Pace (1) SHINE A LIGHT switched from Cory to Jordan Stratton in the bike last out and he finished swiftly for second; veteran moves all the way inside and can trip out in the finale. (4) SAWYER’S DESIRE gets some post improvement and it wouldn’t surprise me to see Bartlett get more aggressive. (5) CHECK ON WILLIAM GB tired last start but prior form was solid; debuts for Laterza off the claim but being outside of the top two choices limits his chances.
