2026 MEET STATS: 13 - 40 / $62.18 (-$17.82) BEST BETS: 2 - 4 / $5.28 (-$2.72) BEST BET: THE BRODSTER (8th) SPOT PLAY: BULLY BOY HILL (3rd) Race 1: F&M NW5021 in last 5 starts Pace (2) YOUNINOTHINJON just missed at this level two back and now moves back to an inside post; Adamczyk trainee currently looks as good as any in this dull field. (6) TRICKY WICKY has had little to offer in her last two but that was against better; 4YO drops for the third consecutive start and could have more to offer. (7) ULTIMATE SPEED also gets class relief as she makes just her second start since last April; Gingras picks up the drive and needs to find some early speed. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M NW20051 in last 5 starts Pace (5) SILK CLOUD A gets some needed class relief and the $200K earner from a season ago has the necessary early speed to make the front. (6) AVF CLAIRE was nipped last week (by #3) but the lightly-raced mare makes her fourth start in as many weeks and could be reaching peak sharpness now. Her trip and chances may come down to what #5 does off the gate. (4) LLOYD'S LOVES is back at Yonkers off four months and she's been a winning machine here in the past; keep an eye on her. Race 3: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot (7) BULLY BOY HILL has been his own worst enemy lately but he did make over $70K last year so the ability is there; barn won a couple of nights ago with a longshot and this one should be a price. (4) SHOW THE WILL broke last week while taking command; prior start in an amateur race was good. (1) VALI HANOVER makes his third start off the lengthy layoff and gets a big driver change to Gingras. Race 4: F&M Invitational Pace (6) AARDIE B MIKI N is assigned outside again but there is one fewer horse to his inside this time and hopefully she's more involved. (4) TICK A LOCH A was nailed at the wire by a big longshot (#3) last week after a game effort; major player. (2) MY RED SEA has a win and a close third in her last three Invite races. Race 5: F&M NW15551 in last 5 starts Pace (2) NILA MAREE N is perfect in two starts since arriving in North America for the Engblom barn; things potentially get tougher as she faces more seasoned rivals so we'll see if she's talented enough. (4) MORE GOODA N has done well herself since arriving from Down Under; main threat. (7) HUNTRESS returns to Yonkers (and also the Virgil Morgan, Jr barn) and she was very good here in two starts last year. Race 6: NW11031 in last 5 starts Trot (3) OURMOMENTINTIME looks like she's finally put things back together after just a handful of starts over the last couple of years; I'll assume Engblom is comfortable bringing her to the half mile. (2) QUEEN OF ALL just missed last week and is certainly overdue, as is (4) GO HAVE FUN, who was second best at this level two back. Race 7: F&M NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace (1) SWEET HAILEY JANE A failed to be a player last week but she gets one more try from me as she drops again and lands the pole position. (5) IDEAL COVER was a big upset winner with Gingras last out and he's driving again. (7) TIME TO STRIKE has been a model of consistency hitting the board and she was good in her 2026 debut after missing time; post may be a problem but makes for a good price. Race 8: NW15000 in last 5 starts Trot (4) THE BRODSTER was won his last three in decisive fashion and he gets a free ride at this level by fitting under the NW8 lifetime condition. Engblom trainee can take another with Bartlett driving. (5) DIAMANTE TRIO IT loses his regular driver with Kakaley absent from tonight's card but she raced willingly last out and a similar effort can net her a share and add some value underneath. (8) GREEN MEL has a second and a win in two starts since moving to the Burke barn; like the top choice he also can stay at the same level but he moves out to the worst post. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 9: NW8524 in last 5 starts Trot (8) CHAPHEART arrives from Delaware and lands in the Engblom barn, which means leading driver Bartlett gets the call. NY bred was a NYSS finalist as a 2 and 3YO and has banked over $550K. Is he ready to fire tonight from the bad post? Depends whether I bet him or not. (1) BAY BREEZE HANOVER jumps up a level off a nice win last week. (2) STREET GOSSIP is not a prolific winner but is classy enough to work out a share from the inside post. Race 10: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot (3) GLOBAL ACTION S switches to Siegelman and he and Shane Tritton teamed up the other night for a $32 winner. Veteran wasn't awful last out from the 10 hole at The Meadowlands and meets a field here that hasn't done much lately. (1) AIRMANS JACKPOT drops in her second seasonal start for Lachance and draws best; logical. (4) HAT TRICK MARLEAU finished well last week and was racing well versus $40K claimers back in November and December; he's your likely favorite.
