FINAL 2025 MEET STATS: 440 - 1395 / $2,521.12 (-$266.88) BEST BETS: 73 - 134 / $242.38 (-$25.62) BEST BET: AARDIE B MIKI N (4th) SPOT PLAY: KAYS IN CHARGE *8th) Race 1: NW5000 in last 5 starts Trot (2) PREMIER VICTOR has beaten better than these in the past and has stayed relatively sharp the last few weeks up at Monticello; Stratton opted off for his brother's horse and Brennan picks up the drive now and he should be aggressively handled from the good draw. (1) PRINCE ARCHIE broke last week at The Meadowlands but his prior two at Monti were also good; like the top choice he's raced a couple of times already in 2026 when his main rivals haven't. (3) MAZEPPA N was Bartlett's choice for Engblom but his last couple to close out 2025 weren't that inspiring. [DRF HARNESS: Get Harness Eye PPs for this card] Race 2: F&M NW5000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) YOUNONOTHINJON ships in to Yonkers and joins the Adamczyk barn, which had some live starters over the first couple of race cards. Class-wise she looks like a decent fit. (1) UNDETERRED dropped and popped in her 2025 finale at Philly and she picks up a nice driver change to Gingras; looks like the main speed from the rail. (7) DASH N CACHE finished close last start at The Big M and she gets leading driver Bartlett for her local return. Race 3: NW17841 in last 5 starts Trot (3) THE BRODSTER is two for two at Yonkers, both open-length scores. Goes for three straight overall and I expect the Engblom trainee to be ready to roll. (1) FULL OF MUSCLES was dull in his last Yonkers race but that was at an added distance, and he followed that up with a solid try at The Meadowlands, then flashed speed before tiring last week. Figures to be live from the rail as the second choice. (5) BIG CHARLIE MORAN faces tougher but has won the last two times Ridge Warren was in the bike; will be a price here and maybe picks up a share. Race 4: F&M Invitational Pace (4) AARDIE B MIKI N has impressed since arriving in the U.S. and banked over $437K in 2025, including winning the Matchmaker. Mare was 30 cents on the dollar from the ten hole last out at The Meadowlands and looks much the best here. (1) SILK CLOUD A makes her seasonal debut for the Pete Tritton barn and a couple from his barn raced decently over the first two racing nights coming off stale dates. (2) FRONT PAGE STORY is back up at the top level and she can stay close from this spot. Race 5: F&M NW5221 in last 5 starts Pace (3) FIGHTING EVIL is another new arrival to the Adamczyk barn and she returns locally at a reduced level. Seeing how others from her barn were ready for action I suspect this one will be as well. (5) CRUISE ALERT raced well last week at The Meadowlands and was in the Invite here not too long ago. (7) TALENT TO SPARE A gets Bartlett in the bike tonight and he's picked up right where he left off after his Driver of the Year campaign. Race 6: NW7500 in last 5 starts Trot (8) ENOLA was 0 for 10 here last year but her latest race across the river was a solid front-end score and she will offer an honest price from this poor post. (2) BE DIFFERENT raced 41 times at Yonkers last year earning $117K and he's kept busy recently by starting three times already at Club Med; clearly he fits here. (5) WARRAWEE WHISPER hasn't started in over a month but he really turned things around in his last two races; Bartlett drives again. Race 7: F&M NW10000 in last 5 starts Pace (4) AVF CLAIRE was a winner in her third start off the long year-plus layoff and she returns to Yonkers in a live spot for the top trainer/driver. (6) MORE GOODA N has certainly looked ‘gooda’ since arriving from Down-Under; clearly deserves respect. (2) TIME TO STRIKE is coming off a stale date but her form was good at the end of her 3YO season. [DRF HARNESS: Sign up for our FREE DRF Harness Digest Newsletter] Race 8: NW10191 in last 5 starts Trot (6) KAYS IN CHARGE is a fresh face arriving from Illinois where she was a big earner as a 2 and 3YO and she joins a top stable and picks up a top driver. Plenty to like here. (5) BACKSTREET PLAYER drops back to the level of his last win. (8) IWON'TBACKDOWN AS has a recency edge on the top two choices having won last week in solid style at The Meadowlands but he's got to contend with the eight hole. Race 9: F&M NW21172 in last 5 starts Pace Tonight's finale features two recent Australia shippers both coming off sharp wins out of town who will attract most of the attention and I'll give (3) SWEET HAYLEY JANE A the call with the post edge and probably the better price. Cushing mare crushed at Monticello at their top level and is clearly ready for more. (6) TICK A LOCH A did what was expected in her debut and she pummeled a Meadowlands field and now she picks up Bartlett for the Chris Height barn, which has started out well in 2026. (4) GLITTERING HOPE was a trip-sitting winner in her last Yonkers race and hits the board with regularity.
