LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Tapit Jenallie was withdrawn from the Kentucky Oaks on Thursday morning, allowing first also-eligible Our Pretty Woman to draw into the race.  Trainer Eddie Milligan told Churchill Downs publicity that he was scratching Tapit Jenallie due to a minor injury. "She’s having a little problem with her back end, and we felt like she’s just too nice of a filly to do anything detrimental to her health," Milligan said. "We’re going to give her a little more time, maybe a 30-day break, let her eat some grass, then re-evaluate and see what we need to do." Tapit Jenallie, who had drawn the rail in the Oaks, was most recently third in the Grade 2 Fantasy Stakes at Oaklawn Park.  Our Pretty Woman, who will have Joel Rosario in the irons for Steve Asmussen, adds more speed to the race, and will break from the outside post of 14 starters. The lightly-raced filly was most recently second to Tarifa, the Oaks morning-line favorite, in the Grade 2 Fair Grounds Oaks while making her third career start. :: DRF Kentucky Derby Package: Save on PPs, Clocker Reports, Betting Strategies, and more. "We have prepared her like she was going to get to run, and are extremely fortunate for the opportunity," Asmussen said Thursday morning. "I think you just prepare to run, and if it's meant to be, you'll be in there, and that is how it plays out every year." With Our Pretty Woman drawing into the field, Candied is the lone also-eligible remaining. She has until scratch time, 9 a.m. Friday, to draw in. :: Want to learn more about handicapping and wagering? Check out DRF's Handicapping 101 and Wagering 101 pages.
