In a wide-open race, (3) JAILHOUSE HOOCH owns the most wins on the year and just needs a trouble free trip for a decent piece. (1) TYMAL HURRICANE owns only one lifetime win but draws the rail and finds a weak field full of question marks. (2) TOWNLINE MOMMA morning line favorite fits in with this bunch but has yet to threaten at this level; use caution. (5) JUST A STEADY HALL owns back class but has been racing poorly.
Race 2 – NW2/15500 Lifetime/10000 Claimer
(7) ALWAYS A CLASS ACT has been racing gamely and will offer better value this week. (2) ROCKNROLL OLIVER has room to improve getting sent out second start for a new barn. (3) HEERZ FINDLAY pacer has hit the board in three of four at this level. (4) MOONSHINE MICKEY just missed last week at a huge price.
Race 3 - NW1500L4
(6) EVAN HANOVER adds second-time Lasix and stayed flat in the qualifier. If the 4-year-old gets a decent setup he has a good late closing move. (4) QUEEN’S RIPSNORT has lots of question marks coming off a scratch and multiple lackluster efforts; use caution. (5) WEGOFERDAPRIZE has just been racing evenly; command a price. (2) FANTASY ROCKET takes a significant drop down and draws inside.
Race 4 – NW1/7500 Lifetime
(2) O U FIREFLY mare should be in line for a nice trip up close if she can mind her manners. (1) FULTON’S FURY draws the best post and has been knocking on the door at this level. (4) GARIBALDI appears to be going in the right direction; threat. (9) ONE MORE MISSION was a solid second against similar two back.
Race 5 - NW2/15000 Lifetime/10000 Claimer
(4) PARTINGOFTHEWAYS set a lifetime mark last week showing a nice burst of speed. (1) JESSE TURBO should be much closer turning for home this week. (2) THE LINK OF ART has been close at this level in recent; threat. (6) ANASTASIA ROCKY looked to be taking a step forward before the last two efforts at this level.
Race 6 - NW2750L4
(2) DENSLOW HANOVER just missed in this class last week racing gamely. (1) BOURBANS BEST burned cash last race getting picked off late. The pacer gets sent out for top connections and will be in line for a great trip up close. (4) N EXPENSE was close from a tough spot last start. (3) COACH KEN had some sneaky late pace last race but is still best used on the bottom of your tickets.
Race 7 - NW2/20000 Lifetime/ AE NW3/30000 Lifetime/15000 Claimer– **$10k GTD Pick 4**
(4) KEVIN’S NOT HERE will either win or break. (5) TC’S BEST has been very consistent on the year and keeps a top driver. (6) HUNTER is a major player against this group should the top choice falter. (1) COTTON MERCHANT sophomore trotter might have more in the tank this week after a nice win against easier last start.
Race 8 – NW1500L4
(6) LOVEDANCINWITHYOU will likely offer the best price of the contenders and has been racing gamely. (5) MR MATCH ON BEACH morning line favorite picks up a huge driver change. (2) TRILLIONAIR shows some decent efforts against tougher. (1) AUTOCORECT HANOVER has just been racing evenly; use underneath.
Race 9 - NW1/7500 Lifetime
(3) DOUBLE B picks up the top driver against a weak and inconsistent group. (5) STILL IN TOUCH adds Lasix getting sent out second start for new connections. (1) ICONIC GESTURE four-year-old gelding might be able to figure things out in his third career start and draws the best post. (7) IDEAL HENRY looks ready for a better effort this week with the solid qualifier and will offer a big price.
Race 10 - NW4/30000 Lifetime / AE NW6/40000 Lifetime/20000 Claimer
(1) MM’S CREDIT LINE should be in line for a perfect pocket trip behind the heavy favorite. (3) COOPER gelding goes for eight straight but has been off over a month. The 6-year-old was all out to win his last start and will be a very short price. (2) MUSIC TEACHER is inconsistent from week to week but a good effort puts the mare on the ticket. (9) SECRET TRAINER beat a weaker field last race; use underneath.
Race 11 - NW2/20000 Lifetime/ AE NW3/30000 Lifetime/15000 Claimer- **$10k GTD Pick 4**
(3) PRINCESSOFPINK nice looking filly finds a soft spot to pick up an easy win if she can stay trotting. (2) MS O’REILLY owns good tactical gate speed and has hit the board in five of six. (4) SPYDER EL two-year-old faces older but has started to blossom into a nice looking trotting prospect. (5) TT’S EBONY gets sent out for a low percentage pilot; use underneath.
Race 12 - NW2770L4
(7) BIG GAME HUNTER has a good history at this track and needed the start last week. (3) BLUE SPANX gelding takes a huge drop down but needs an easy early lead for his best chance to hold on late. (1) WATERSIDE CHAMP will be blasting for early position. (5) AMERICAN SCHNAPPS picks up a top driver but probably needs more against this bunch.
Race 13 - NW1500L4- **$10K GTD HI-5**
(1) CLASSIC GENT will look to drop and pop down in class; short price. (9) ROCK HARD has question marks but shows competitive efforts against similar and should be in line for a ground saving trip. (2) GUISEPPE MOLLUSCA is capable of hitting the board but hasn’t won a race in a very long time; use underneath. (6) TERROR OF THETRACK gelding can pace a fast mile with an ideal setup. (3) LOTS TO LIVE FOR benefits from a big driver change but has been dreadful in five straight.
