(6) OOZIE’S BEACH GAL just missed three back from a tough spot at this level and looks to offer the better price of the contenders. (5) JOJO’S AMADEUS has been solid in two straight. (9) BEACHESBECKONME has yet to win on the year but does show closing capability if close enough turning for home. (1) CRABBY APPLETON has some upside and draws the rail.
Race 2 – NW1500L4
(1) NOAH COUNT drops and draws the rail against a suspect bunch. (2) ZORGWIJK SOPHIA adds first-time Lasix for new connections. (4) INDIANA ANAMEGO has been competitive against better on the year; threat. (3) KAHOKU hasn’t been right in three straight; command a price.
Race 3 – NW1/7500 Lifetime
(4) URBAN BUZZ three-year-old trotting filly finds a softer spot this week. (3) ROSCOE VILLAGE adds first-time Lasix picking up a huge driver change against weaker. (2) AND UP WE GO just raced evenly last week but is a player with a good effort. (1) HEZA PETER draws the rail against a field full of question marks.
Race 4 – NW1/10000 Lifetime/7500 Claimer
(4) SAND CUTTER is just now back in racing shape and was a game winner at this level two back. (2) ROSIES APPLES drops down a notch but will offer low value and has yet to pass anybody late. (1) CADET’S BILLLY BOY needed the start last week off the scratch. The pacer fits in with this group with some racing luck. (9) ICONIC GESTURE should be in line for a better trip this week; use underneath.
Race 5 - NW1500L4
(5) I COULD CARE LESS adds second-time Lasix and takes a big drop in class. (3) PEMBROKE SNAPSHOT fourteen-year-old still owns some gate speed and could be in line for a decent trip up close. (1) HEY MARCEL raced well against slightly better two back. (8) ROMEO would have been a top contender with a better starting post.
Race 6 – NW2/20000 Lifetime/ AE NW3/30000 Lifetime/15000 Claimer
(4) SUPREME LADY sophomore filly appears to be on the right track and probably has more to offer. (6) MAKING DREAMS has been much improved for a new barn; big chance. (1) PRINCESS DEEP bumps up a notch off a nice off the pace victory last out. (3) ERIE trotting mare gets a negative driver change and needs a perfect setup to hit the ticket.
Race 7 - NW4/30000 Lifetime / AE NW6/40000 Lifetime/20000 Claimer – **$10K GTD Pick 4**
(5) YANKEES IMAGE scored an impressive wire to wire win last week for a new barn. A repeat of that effort probably makes it two straight. (6) SECRET TRAINER always looks good on paper but rarely wins. (3) SWAN FOR VITO adds first-time Lasix for capable connections picking up the top driver. (2) MUSIC TEACHER five-year-old is very inconsistent from week to week but a good effort puts the mare close.
Race 8 – NW1500L4
(6) JUXLIVIN MY DREAM takes a big drop down in competition. (3) IF YOU WANT FIRE doesn’t win often but can hit the ticket at a big price. (1) OUT WIT draws the best post but would need more to tangle with the top choice. (9) UBETTERUBETTERUBET has just been racing evenly; use underneath.
Race 9 - NW2/20000 Lifetime /AE NW3/30000 Lifetime/15000 Claimer
(2) BLASCO four-year-old stayed flat in the qualifier and has won half of his lifetime starts. (5) KODA BEAR has been much-improved in three straight. (3) HATE THE RULES beat softer last week for a new barn. (1) FRANK THE FISH keeps the top driver from the rail and might be rounding into form after some time off earlier in the season.
Race 10 - FM NW2/20000 Lifetime – Autumn Leaves Series
(4) SHES GOT BLING filly looks for the series sweep; fires early. (1) MS CARNOUSTIE filly can pull the upset if she can secure a pocket trip behind the favorite. (2) SLICK SARAH mare has hit the board in five straight starts. (9) MJ’S HEARTBREAKER can hit the ticket a big price with some racing luck.
Race 11 - NW2000L4- **$10K GTD Pick 4**
(3) MAGIC MANNY finds a much softer spot this week and picks up a huge driver change. (1) KJ BRYAN should have room to improve second start back off the long layoff. (5) SIR HOWIE’S Z TAM burned cash against similar last out but has been competitive against better on the year. (4) OUTLAW WILD THING is fast enough to pace with this bunch and should benefit from the start over the track last week.
Race 12 - NW2750L4
(1) MY INDIANA four-year-old mare will be tough to beat if she minds her manners. (9) STICK WITH ME KID owns a win in the open a few months back; threat. (3) KIRTY DREAM has back class on this group but has made miscues in two straight. (5) MR LUCKY LUKE trotted a really nice effort last week; use underneath.
Race 13 – NW2750L4- **$10K GTD HI5**
(3) MODERN GESTURE is the only horse in the field with a win at this level on the year. (1) ST LADS CHARGER should be in line for a perfect trip up close. (9) GALLANT SEELSTER has room to improve second start back off the layoff. (2) DELRAY DUDE should be in the mix for a piece with a trouble-free trip.
Race 14 – NW2/15000 Lifetime/10000 Claimer
(1) O U FIREFLY will offer a big price and could be up to the task against an inconsistent field. (2) ACTION B gets sent out for a provisional pilot; use caution. (4) PETER TROTTINTAIL gelding owns ability and can threaten if he stays trotting. (6) C’S FIRE scored a win against slightly weaker last out.
Race 15 – NW1500L4
(3) ROYAL REGATTA takes a huge drop down in class. The pacer only has one win on the year but looks to have found the right spot. (1) BIEBER HANOVER will try and make it very tough on the top choice early on. (7) APLIN HANOVER might get a fast pace to close into; fires late. (6) GIUSEPPE MOLLUSCA was close against weaker two back; use underneath.
