Miami Valley: David Miller scores 15,000th driving victory

David Miller became just the fifth driver based in North America to have 15,000 driving victories after a double on Wednesday's program at Miami Valley.

Miller, who earlier this year became the all-time leading driver by earnings in the sport's history, took Race 5 with 5-year-old Six Pack stallion Four Sixes in 1:53 3/5 for trainer Heather France and owner Sara Potts and then reached the milestone when he captured Race 13 with 4-year-old International Moni mare Country Victory in 1:54 2/5 for trainer Melvin Schmucker and owner Yacht Club 140 LLC.

So far in 2026 Miller is second in North America in earnings and fifth in wins and is poised to capture his initial driving title at Miami Valley as their meet concludes on Thursday.
