Teuflesberg moves to McMahon of Saratoga for stud duty

Teuflesberg, sire of recent Breeders' Cup Sprint winner Trinniberg, has been purchased by Joe McMahon of McMahon of Saratoga Thoroughbreds and will stand at the Saratoga Springs, N.Y., farm for the 2013 breeding season. He is being re-syndicated and his stud fee will be announced later. An 8-year-old son of Johannesburg, Teuflesberg stood at Journeyman Stud in Ocala, Fla., this year for a fee of $3,500.

Perfect Soul returning to Darby Dan in 2013

Perfect Soul, currently ranked sixth on Canada's general sire list, will stand at Darby Darn Farm in Lexington, Ky., next year for a fee of $7,500. He had stood at Darby Dan from his initial season at stud, 2005, through 2011.
