Yonkers: New pick five wager and ADW launched

When Yonkers Raceway returns Friday night, it does with a new wagering platform...and a new wager.

Yonkers will offer their own advance deposit wagering (ADW) service at EmpireCityBets.com. The site features all the major harness and thoroughbred tracks.

Also Friday, Yonkers shall institute a new wager, a Pick-5 beginning in the fifth race. The 50-cent minimum wager is to be offered nightly and features a $10,000 guaranteed pool every Monday and Tuesday.

The Pick-5 has no consolation payoff. If no one selects all five winners, the entire pool carries over to the next wagering program.
