No winning pick six tickets opening day
ARCADIA, Calif. - Thursday’s program at Santa Anita will have two carryovers in the pick six – $115,062 in the main pool and $24,656 in the single-ticket jackpot pool.
There were no winning tickets in Monday’s pick six on the opening day of the track’s winter-spring meeting.
For the first time, Santa Anita has a pick six with a single-ticket jackpot at the winter-spring meeting. Of the net pool, 70 percent is dedicated to tickets with six winners, or into a carryover; 15 percent is paid to consolation tickets; and 15 percent is paid to a single ticketholder. If there is no single winner, 15 percent goes into a carryover pool.
Consolation tickets with five winners on Monday were worth $2,241.
The winners of Monday’s pick six races were Professor Berns ($33.80), Ruby Trust ($15.80), Bettys Bambino ($15.80), Constellation ($27), Mind Your Biscuits ($9.40), and Conquest Enforcer ($5.60).
Conquest Enforcer was the only winning favorite on the nine-race program.
