Uncle Mo galloped 1 1/4 miles at Churchill Downs on Friday morning and will have a workout on Tuesday, trainer Todd Pletcher said Friday. KENTUCKY DERBY NEWS: Track all the 3-year-olds on the Triple Crown trail Pletcher said he wants to work Uncle Mo twice more before the May 7 Kentucky Derby. Uncle Mo has had his work schedule delayed just a few days owing to treatment for a gastrointestinal infection detected following his loss in the Wood Memorial two weeks ago. The Wood marked Uncle Mo's first career loss, and knocked him from the position as pro-tem favorite for the Derby. He arrived at Churchill Downs earlier this week.
