Champion Stellar Wind will be offered for sale at Keeneland November.

Following are horses to watch during Book 1 of the Keeneland November breeding stock sale, which covers the first two sessions. Horses were selected based on their pedigrees, racing records, and past auction results for themselves or notable family members.

Day 1

Hip No. 30, Cathryn Sophia, b. m., 2013, Street Boss—Sheave, by Mineshaft, consigned Bedouin Bloodstock, agent

The 2016 Kentucky Oaks winner is offered in foal to Pioneerof the Nile, a year after selling for $1.4 million at the Fasig-Tipton November sale.

Hip No. 56, Her Emmynency, b. m., 2012, Successful Appeal—Chic Dancer, by Joyeux Danseur, consigned by Bedouin Bloodstock, agent

A Grade 1 winner who was a $1,425,000 RNA at last year’s Fasig-Tipton November sale. She is in foal to Pioneerof the Nile.

Hip No. 81, Life At Ten, ch. m., 2005, Malibu Moon—Rahrahsixboombah, by Rahy, property of Adena Springs

A multiple Grade 1 winner whose two runners are both winners, including Grade 2-placed Singing Bullet. She is in foal to Shackleford and sells with a 2018 no-guarantee season to Ghostzapper.

Hip No. 82, ch. f., 2017, American Pharoah—Life At Ten, by Malibu Moon, property of Adena Springs

This Ontario-bred is the fifth foal out of Life At Ten and a half-sister to Grade 2-placed Singing Bullet.

Hip No. 105, b. f., 2017, Tapit—My Conquestadory, by Artie Schiller, consigned by Bedouin Bloodstock, agent

The second foal out of Grade 1 winner and $1.5 million broodmare My Conquestadory. A full brother brought $410,000 at last year’s Keeneland November sale.

Hip No. 153, Stellar Wind, ch. m., 2012, Curlin—Evening Star, by Malibu Moon, consigned by Lane’s End, agent

The champion 3-year-old filly of 2015, a six-time Grade 1 winner, and contender for this year’s Breeders’ Cup Distaff.

Hip No. 168, Tizavision, dk. b. or br. m., 2012, Tiznow—Easter Bunnette, by Carson City, consigned by Darby Dan Farm, agent

An unraced half-sister to Horse of the Year Havre de Grace that brought $1.7 million as a yearling and is in foal to Curlin for her second pregnancy.

Hip No. 188, Al’s Gal, b. m., 2011, English Channel—Dans La Ville, by Winning, consigned by James B. Keogh, agent

A Grade 1 winner who sold as a broodmare prospect for $800,000 at last year’s Fasig-Tipton November sale. She is offered in foal to Medaglia d’Oro.

Hip No. 196, dk. b. or br. c., 2017, Medaglia d’Oro—Aurelia’s Belle, by Lemon Drop Kid, consigned by Hill ‘n’ Dale Sales Agency, agent

The first foal out of multiple Grade 3 winner Aurelia’s Belle, who sold as a broodmare prospect for $1.8 million at the 2015 Keeneland November sale.

A Grade 1-winning half-sister to Hall of Famer Zenyatta, offered in foal to Uncle Mo. Her first foal was the $4.2 million Mr. Besilu.

The dam of Grade 1 winner Verrazano, Grade 2 winner El Padrino, and stakes-placed La Madrina. She is in foal to More Than Ready, making the foal a full to Verrazano.

A half-sister to Grade 2 winner Justwhistledixie, who is herself the dam of Breeders’ Cup Juvenile winner New Year’s Day and Grade 2 winner Mohaymen. Other half-siblings include Grade 2 winner Chace City and Grade 2-placed Bakken.

A Grade 3-winning racing or broodmare prospect from the family of champion Lakeville Miss and Grade 1 winners Dortmund and Mogambo.

Hip No. 267, dk. b. or br. c., 2017, War Front—Keertana, by Johar, consigned by Denali Stud, agent

Grade 3 winner Ticonderoga is a half-brother to this colt. Ticonderoga sold as a yearling for $850,000, while a Kitten’s Joy colt sold this year for $500,000.

Grade 1 winner Mushka’s three foals to be offered at auction have brought $1.65 million, $1.2 million, and $525,000 respectively.

A Grade 1-winning broodmare prospect who sold for $1.7 million at last year’s Keeneland November sale.

Hip No. 316, Royal Obsession, gr. or ro. m., 2013, Tapit—Rote, by Tiznow, consigned by Hill ‘n’ Dale Sales Agency, agent

This Grade 2-placed mare sells in foal to Curlin after bringing $1.15 million at the 2015 Keeneland November sale.

Hip No. 340, Super Espresso, dk. b. or br. m., 2007, Medaglia d’Oro—Amizette, by Forty Niner, consigned by Stone Farm, agent

The first three foals out of this Grade 3 winner hammered for $1 million, $975,000, and $750,000, respectively. She is in foal to Pioneerof the Nile.
