Following are horses to watch during the Fasig-Tipton November sale. Horses were selected based on their pedigrees, racing records, and/or past auction results of notable family members.

Hip 28, weanling filly by Honor Code – Royal Irish Lass, by Saint Ballado. Consigned by Jim and Pam Robinson’s Brandywine Farm

This is the first crop for regally bred champion Honor Code. This filly is a half-sister to Grade 3 winner Royal Mo and stakes winner Tara From The Cape.

Hip 46, weanling filly by American Pharoah – Untouched Talent, by Storm Cat. Consigned by Eaton Sales, agent

This is the first crop for Triple Crown winner American Pharoah. Grade 3 winner Untouched Talent is the dam of dual classic-placed Grade 1 winner Bodemeister, who produced Kentucky Derby winner Always Dreaming in his first crop, and Grade 1-placed Fascinating. Bodemeister is bred on the same cross as this filly.

This is a half-brother to stakes winner and multiple Grade 1/Group 1-placed Giovanni Boldini, who was second in the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Turf.

The only Medaglia d’Oro weanling in the catalog, she is a half-sister to multiple Grade 1 winner Miss Temple City and Grade 3 winner Pricedtoperfection.

Mesa Fresca, offered in foal to popular commercial sire War Front, is the dam of Grade 1 winner Harmonize. Out of a full sister to Grade 2 winners Tara Roma and Waldoboro, she is a half-sister to the dam of Grade 2 winner Al Khali. It is the family of champion Queena and Grade 1 winners Chic Shirine, Verrazano, and Somali Lemonade.

Hip 97, Miss Hollywood, racing/broodmare prospect by Malibu Moon – Hollywood Story, by Wild Rush. Consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent

This stakes winner, who sold for $1.35 million as a yearling, is out of multiple Grade 1-winning millionaire Hollywood Story, also the dam of Grade 2-placed Hollywood Star and stakes-placed Hoorayforhollywood.

Millionaire mare’s trio of Grade 1 victories includes the Maker’s 46 Mile and Shadwell Turf Mile over males at Keeneland.

Sarah Lynx, winner of the Grade 1 Canadian International, fetched $2.6 million when she went through this sale three years ago. Her lone starter is a winner.

Hip 120, Songbird, broodmare prospect by Medaglia d’Oro – Ivanavinalot, by West Acre. Consigned by Taylor Made Sales Agency, agent for Fox Hill Farm

Songbird was the Eclipse Award champion 2-year-old filly of 2015 and 3-year-old filly of 2016, winning nine Grade 1 races, including the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies, Coaching Club American Oaks, and Alabama and earning more than $4.6 million. She is by an outstanding filly sire and emerging broodmare sire. Her Grade 2-winning dam’s daughters already include graded stakes producer Wide Range.

Hip 130, Tepin (Curlin), broodmare by Bernstein – Life Happened, by Stravinsky. Consigned by Elite Sales, agent for Robert Masterson

Tepin was the Eclipse Award champion turf female of 2015, when she won the Breeders’ Cup Mile, and 2016, when she became the first American to win the Queen Anne at Royal Ascot. The $4.4 million earner is out of Broodmare of the Year finalist Life Happened, whose other runners include millionaire Vyjack.

Hip 141, American Cleopatra (Uncle Mo), broodmare by Pioneerof the Nile – Littleprincessemma, by Yankee Gentleman. Consigned by Lane’s End, agent

The Grade 1-placed full sister to American Pharoah is offered carrying her first foal, to the cover of a popular young sire.

Hip 157, Catch a Glimpse, racing/broodmare prospect by City Zip – Halo River, by Irish River. Consigned by Bluewater Sales, agent

Canada’s Horse of the Year in 2015, when she won the Breeders’ Cup Juvenile Fillies Turf, Catch a Glimpse trained on to win the Grade 1 Belmont Oaks the following season. She is half-sister to Grade 3 winner and leading Canadian sire Old Forester and two stakes producers.

Hip 159, Citiview (Nyquist), broodmare by Citidancer – Prospective Joy, by Allen’s Prospect. Consigned by Gainesway, agent

Her five winners are led by multiple Grade 1 winner Midnight Lucky and stakes-placed Songofthecity. She is a full sister to Grade 1 winner and prominent broodmare Hookedonthefeelin, dam of Grade 1 winners Pussycat Doll and Jimmy Creed.

Hip 162, Dacita, racing/broodmare prospect by Scat Daddy – Daja, by Seeker’s Reward. Consigned by Lane’s End, agent

The Chilean champion is now a multiple Grade 1 winner in the United States.

Hip 171, Finest City, racing/broodmare prospect by City Zip – Be Envied, by Lemon Drop Kid. Consigned by Ian Kruljac, agent for Seltzer Thoroughbreds LLC

Won last year’s Breeders’ Cup Filly and Mare Sprint to pick up a divisional Eclipse Award, but also has shown versatility with Grade 1 placings routing on dirt and Grade 2 placings on turf. She is from the family of Kentucky Oaks winner Goodbye Halo.

Hip 189, Im a Dixie Diva (Tiznow), broodmare by Henny Hughes – Im a Dixie Girl, by Dixie Union. Consigned by Buckland Sales, agent

The winning half-sister to Grade 1 winner Mor Spirit is from the family of champion Stellar Wind and Grade 1 winner Great Hunter.
