Del Mar Race 8, (8:30 ET)

Florida-bred filly FAITH HOPE LOVE (#10, 5-1) comes favorably drawn to the outside post for a debut for which she’s been very well-prepped by Dollase, who shows above-average-to-outstanding stats in the relevant categories. Catching a flyer from her load-and-go post could be the edge she needs in taking her over the top after she went through all those nice works in recent weeks over the local strip. – Marty McGee

Del Mar Race 11, (9:57 ET)

CERVARO (#1, 7-2) ran on strongly in a main-track route here Aug. 4, her first start in 7 months. Not only can she benefit from that outing but she’s worked strongly since (bullet 6fs in 1:12.40 here Aug. 26) and handled turf well in her only grass try at SA Jan. 4. -Michael Hammersly
