ELMONT, N.Y. – The multiple stakes winner Dacita will not make the Breeders’ Cup, trainer Chad Brown said, owing to a physical issue that will sideline her for the remainder of 2016. Brown said Dacita would need about 60 days off, but he hopes to get her back to the races next year. Dacita was a multiple Group 1 winner in Chile before coming to the U.S. She is owned by Sheep Pond Partners and Bradley Thoroughbreds.
