Barretts catalog for March 2-year-old sale available online

Barretts Equine Ltd. has released its online catalog for the 24th annual March sale of selected 2-year-olds in training.

The sale, which includes 137 2-year-olds, is scheduled for March 4 at the Hinds Pavilion located on the grounds of Fairplex Park in Pomona, Calif. The single session begins at 3 p.m. Pacific.

An official training preview will be held beginning at 10 a.m. March 1 on the Fairplex Park racetrack. The preview will be streamed live on Barretts’ website.

Among the catalog of select 2-year-olds are offspring by sires such as Afleet Alex, Bernstein, Candy Ride, Elusive Quality, Flower Alley, Hard Spun, Harlan’s Holiday, Henrythenavigator, Into Mischief, Pioneerof the Nile, Roman Ruler, Scat Daddy, Smart Strike, Street Boss, Tapit, Tiznow, Unbridled’s Song, War Front and Zensational.

Numerous Grade/Group 1 winners have been offered at the Barretts select March sale in previous years, including Awesome Gem, Brother Derek, Henny Hughes, Officer, Testa Matta, Unbridled’s Song and Yes It’s True.
