Ready's Gal ($7.20) made a successful transition to the turf with a one-length victory in the $60,000 Little Silver Stakes at Monmouth Park.
It was the first win in three starts this season for the 3-year-old Ready's Gal and her best performance since she finished second in the Grade 1 Frizette at Belmont Park in October.
Ready's Gal ran the 1 1/16 miles over the firm course in 1:40.49 with Chris DeCarlo aboard for trainer Todd Pletcher.

Sort It Out, next-to-last through the opening half-mile, got up to be second, a half-length ahead of even-money favorite Blue Sunday. INGLEWOOD, Calif. - When Willow o Wisp turned for home with a two-length lead in Sunday's $153,450 at Hollywood Park, the gelding was essentially assured of a top two finish.
Willow o Wisp had set slow fractions - 25.15 and 48.96 seconds - and seemed to have plenty left to hold off the hot favorite Osidy.

LOS ALAMITOS, Calif. - Higher Fire ran a nearly flawless race to pull a minor upset in Saturday's $1,145,000 for Quarter Horses at Los Alamitos, the first of three seven-figure futurities at the Orange County track this year.
Higher Fire ($15.60) finished 350 yards in 17.236, missing Corona Chick's 1989 track record by 1/100ths of a second. Higher Fire finished three-quarters of a length in front of Fishers Take, who was 1 1-4 lengths clear of Finding Nemo.
BOSSIER CITY, LA. - Don Simington picked up career win number 2,000 in Sunday's ninth race at Harrah's Louisiana Downs. It was Simington's fourth win of the weekend and came on a 2-year-old first time starter named Coalhouse ($25.60) who is trained by Jerry Hardin.
Coalhouse was also entered in Sunday's featured Pioneer stakes but his connections opted instead for a debut against fellow maidens under special weight conditions.

INGLEWOOD, Calif. - Megahertz scored her 12th career stakes win in Saturday's $200,000 at Hollywood Park, using her typical come-from behind style to beat five overmatched fillies and mares.
Similar to so many of her stakes wins, there was not a lot of suspense in the outcome.
Ridden by Alex Solis, Megahertz ($2.80) made up six lengths in the final half-mile to win by a measured three-quarters of a length over Winendynme.
Megahertz finished 1 1-4 miles on turf in 2:01.78.
