After stalking the quick pace set by Awesome Son, Sean Avery took charge at the top of the lane and drew off to an 11 3/4-length win. The victory extended his winning streak to three, after missing all of the 2010 season.

ETOBICOKE, Ontario – Favored Inglorious collared 10-1 shot Spooky Kitten in deep stretch to capture Sunday’s $500,400 Woodbine Oaks under leading rider Luis Contreras.
Inglorious ($5.20) rated kindly in the nine-furlong test for Canadian-bred 3-year-old fillies and raced in midpack on the outside on the backstretch. Spooky Kitten, who was supplemented for $12,500, set slow fractions of 24.89 seconds, 50.57, and 1:15.31 under Edgar Prado, with Bear It’s Time and Marketing Mix in close proximity.
ELMONT, N.Y. – Ramon Dominguez won six races on Sunday’s card at Belmont Park, tying a New York Racing Association record for most wins on a single card. It was the first time it has happened in nearly 10 years.
Dominguez, who won three of the four stakes on the 10-race program, went 6 for 8 on the card, with a head loss in the $60,000 Easy Goer Stakes aboard Rail Trip and a third-place finish aboard Brampton in a starter allowance.

ELMONT, N.Y. – Jockey Ramon Dominguez on Sunday morning got acquainted with his mount for next Saturday’s Belmont Stakes, working Mucho Macho Man a solid five furlongs in 59.57 seconds over the Belmont main track.
It was the first time Dominguez was aboard Mucho Macho Man, who had been ridden to a third-place finish in the Kentucky Derby and a sixth-place finish in the Preakness by Rajiv Maragh.
