ETOBICOKE, Ontario – Trainer Norm McKnight has six horses entered across Woodbine’s 10-race Labor Day Monday card, including a pair in the featured ninth race, a first-level allowance sprint on Tapeta for 3-year-olds and up.McKnight will send out Heydon’s Case and Waldorf in the six-furlong dash. Heydon’s Case could go off as the favorite in this event and started the season with a pair of wins in $7,000 claiming events. He’s made his last four starts in first-level allowance company, recording three runner-up finishes. In his most recent start Aug. 5, he stalked the early pace before flattening out as the even-money favorite.Waldorf, meanwhile, will be looking for his first victory since last September. He’s made two starts this year, both at this class level.
